John Rhys Plumlee Passing Yards

We’re projecting a big game from Central Florida veteran quarterback John Rhys Plumlee in his game against Houston. The Knights are currently a two-touchdowns favorite at home for senior night, and a victory here garners UCF bowl eligibility.

This is a great matchup for Plumlee facing a Cougars secondary that is allowing 255 yards per game and 7.9 yards per carry. In their most recent outing against Oklahoma State, Houston was torched for 348 yards through the air by Cowboys pivot Alan Bowman.

Plumlee’s passing yards per game average is 227.6 yards and his prop for Saturday is set at 252.5 by FanDuel. This will be one of the least efficient offenses he faces, and there’s extra motivation with it being senior night.

Considering the Cougars rank 118th in pass rush efficiency and haven’t generated many interceptions, Plumlee should have all kinds of time in the pocket to feast on this weak secondary in his final home game. We also like throwing over 1.5 passing TDs at -205 into a SGP, as the Cougars have surrendered multiple TD passes in six of their last seven games.

Jaylen Wright Rushing Yards

Another player we are targeting in the Week 13 college football player props is Tennessee running back Jaylen Wright in his matchup with Vanderbilt. Wright has a high rushing yards line at 93.5, but it’s set high for good reason, and there’s actually value on the “over”.

Wright has rushed for 100-plus yards in six of his games this season, but the public perception of him isn’t overly high right now. He was completely neutralized by Missouri’s defense in Week 11 before managing 90 yards in an ugly loss to Georgia last weekend.

Wright should close the season with a bang facing a Vanderbilt defense that is allowing 176 rushing yards per game and 5.1 yards per carry. In fact, the Commodores are surrendering an average of 156 yards to the RB position this season. Wright had 160 yards in this game last year, and we expect another big showing Saturday.
